Active Lifestyle & Community Commitment As an avid gym-goer who incorporates plyometric training 1-2 times per week, Mike practices the principles he teaches. This hands-on understanding of strength training, explosive movements, and the physical demands of consistent exercise directly informs their patient care approach.
Dr. Mike's personal commitment to movement and training creates a unique perspective when working with patients: whether they're competitive athletes recovering from injury, active adults maintaining their fitness routines, or individuals working to improve everyday mobility and comfort. Having navigated the challenges of progressive training personally, he brings practical insight to every rehabilitation plan and performance goal.

Dr. Madisen Castro
Madisen Castro is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in sports physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and injury prevention. With a background as a collegiate lacrosse player, she brings firsthand athletic experience to her evidence-based, patient-centered approach to physical therapy.
Conditions Treated: Madisen provides expert treatment for sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (including ACL reconstruction/repair, Achilles tendon repairs, and various other post surgical cases), running injuries, sports specific injuries, tendinopathies, joint pain, muscle strains, and ligament sprains. She works with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to competitive athletes, as well as active individuals seeking to improve mobility and function.
Treatment Philosophy: Through personalized physical therapy programs, Madisen helps patients return to running, CrossFit, lacrosse, pickleball, rock climbing, and other sports and activities. She emphasizes therapeutic activities, injury prevention strategies, and performance optimization to help patients move better, recover faster, and stay active long-term.
Active Lifestyle & Community Commitment: As an avid runner, skier, recreational pickleball player, bouldering enthusiast, and weekly CrossFit participant, Madisen understands the importance of staying active.
