I've really enjoyed my time with Mike! The last physical therapist I had focused a lot on the pain I was feeling and not a lot on how to work through it. I feel like Mike had a really good balance of putting the work in and listening to my body. I feel like I have effective tools to continue my own recovery that I learned with Mike :)
